We started in CX, helping businesses automate customer service and reduce their support workload. But we quickly realized the opportunity was much bigger. Rafael Araujo

Co-Founder & CEO

Rafael holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA with STEM Certification from Purdue University. A Senior Program Manager at Amazon, he led North America's first enterprise AI democratization initiative (AI Champions Program), implemented RAG-powered systems driving a 127% increase in policy retrieval, and built AI education frameworks reaching 90+ participants. Certifications include PMP (Project Management Institute) and Amazon AI Champion from Cornell University.

Marcus Cortez

Co-Founder & Head of AI Strategy

Marcus holds an MBA in Marketing and Analytics from BYU's Marriott School of Business (Eccles Scholar) and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. A former Dell Technologies Product Line Manager who oversaw a $500M annual product portfolio, he combines deep business strategy expertise with hands-on AI engineering. He specializes in building custom RAG systems, ML pipelines, and AI-powered analytics using OpenAI, Gemini, Google BigQuery, and LangChain — turning complex data into actionable business insights. Certifications include Tableau Certified Data Analyst and Machine Learning Foundations for Product Managers.
